Are the products tested on animals?

Our products are developed and marketed according to the EU regulation who ban all animal testing. We also only use ingredients from vendors who do not So no, we only tested on real people, not animals.

Are your products vegan?

We have incorporated collagen and elastin in our Beauty Never Sleeps night cream. There are from bovine and marine origin. Our other products do not contain any ingredient from animal origin.

Why are your products so expensive?

We have selected the best ingredients available on the market. Ingredients that really make the difference on the skin. We also engaged ourselves to use the products at the correct concentration that makes the difference, that is active on the skin. All these ingredients come at a cost.

Where can I find the ingredient list of the products?

You can discover the full and concise list of ingredients on the packaging of each and every product on the bottom of the product and on the packaging. Should you have an additional ingredient enquiry that is not satisfied by the information printed on the packaging, we would request that you contact us.

I don’t know if the products are for me?

If you want to be sure the products are suited for your skin, order first our weekend kit. This kit gives you the ability to test the products for 5 to 7 days. If you want to purchase the products afterwards, we will deduce the purchase of the kit from your first purchase.

Do Skincare by VV products feature expiry dates and how long can I use my products once opened.

Skincare by VV products have been meticulously designed to remain stable when stored in appropriate conditions, and are capable of fulfilling their initial benefits for 2 years (see specific expiry date on the product). Once the product has been opened, we guarantee that it can be safely used for 12 months unless indicated differently.

Do you send the products worldwide?

Yes, we send the products to your doorstep wherever you are. We use our preferred transport company, so allow a few days to receive your products at home.

How do I know if the products are available?

We are doing everything we can to be sure the products are available, but in case your product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and let you know when you can expect to receive your products.

How to apply the products?

We have developed the products to provide a real difference on the skin. On the leaflet of each product (on the back of each jar) you will find the explanations on how to use the product or you can find the information on our website in the section ‘products’.
